Years of Dedication to Raising Happy Goats
Life on the Farm
Our goats are more than just milk providers—they are cherished members of our family and the heart of our farm. We ensure they live happy, stress-free lives by providing a nutritious diet of fresh hay, grains, and occasional treats. This balanced nutrition helps them thrive and produce the rich, creamy milk that makes our soaps so special.
Our goats enjoy roaming freely across open pastures, exploring their surroundings and soaking up the sunshine. Their natural, carefree lifestyle not only keeps them healthy but also contributes to the superior quality of the milk they provide.

Meet the Stars of Our Farm
Our Nigerian dwarf goats are the heart and soul of Bitterroot Trio Soap Shop. These playful, friendly creatures provide the rich, creamy milk that makes our handmade soaps so special. Each goat has a unique personality and is cared for with love, making every bar of soap a true labor of joy. Meet a handful of our goats.

- Dolly
Dolly is the queen of our herd and a natural leader. She’s always the first to explore new pastures, and her curiosity keeps the rest of the goats on their toes. As a first time mom Dolly was a natural taking care of her triplets! She is our top milk producer as well, making her our top contributor to our soaps.
- Rosie
Rosie took awhile to win over, but once we did her calm and nurturing presence came to light. She has a gentle temperament and often stays close to the younger goats, almost like a protective big sister. As with Dolly she had triplets in 2024.

- Daffodil
Daffodil is the newest addition to our herd. She has fit right in with Rosie and Dolly's kids. With her beautiful coloration we are sure she will have beautiful kids!
- Violet
Violet, one of Rosie's kids is the sweetest on the farm. She doesn't leave your side and loves to nibble on fingers. She loves to cuddle by our side in the barn.

- Dandelion
Dandelion looks just like her dad, Jackson. Like her mom, Dolly, she is curious and always up for play with the other goats. As with our other girls she is gentle natured and affectionate.
- Jackson
Jackson is the sire of our first set of kids on the farm. Jokester of the group, always ready to cause a little mischief. Whether he’s climbing onto things he shouldn’t, including us, or playfully chasing the other goats, he never fails to entertain. Despite his mischievous nature, Jackson is incredibly affectionate and loves attention.
